{"id":12837,"date":"2019-12-04T12:43:49","date_gmt":"2019-12-04T18:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/?p=12837"},"modified":"2019-12-04T12:45:18","modified_gmt":"2019-12-04T18:45:18","slug":"the-carlos-slim-foundation-electronic-vaccination-card-presented-as-a-success-story-in-france","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/the-carlos-slim-foundation-electronic-vaccination-card-presented-as-a-success-story-in-france\/","title":{"rendered":"The Carlos Slim Foundation Electronic Vaccination Card presented as a success story in France"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The\nElectronic Vaccination Card (CEV) developed by the Carlos Slim Foundation was\npresented in the TRUSTECH international event on the development of\ntechnologies based on electronic security, radiofrequencies, the Internet of\nThings and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event\ntook place in Cannes, France, bringing together thousands of people from 130\ncountries interested in the development and implementation of secure\ntechnological systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ntechnology developed by the <strong>Carlos<\/strong> <strong>Slim Foundation<\/strong> was presented as a\nsuccess story pf a robust and secure digital platform that aids the\ntransformation of health services in Mexico, and which uses communication by\ndynamic QR codes and NFC labels to provide the portability of information to\nthe health centers and the people responsible for the children to be vaccinated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"932\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/CE1-1024x932.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12838\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/CE1.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/CE1-439x400.jpeg 439w, https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/CE1-250x228.jpeg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>CEV<\/strong> allows a reduction in the burden of\nadministrative work of healthcare professionals as it has tools for identifying\nchildren pending vaccination and automatically generating activity reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the <strong>TRUSTECH<\/strong> even, representatives from\ncountries such as China, Costa Rica, France, India and Senegal showed an\ninterest in the implementation capabilities of the Platform in benefit of the\npopulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"983\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/CE2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12839\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/CE2.jpeg 960w, https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/CE2-391x400.jpeg 391w, https:\/\/fundacioncarlosslim.org\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/CE2-250x256.jpeg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Electronic Vaccination Card<\/strong> was\ndesigned with the support of Mexican and international vaccination experts, and\nit is the first of its kind in Latin America, placing Mexico at the forefront\nin technology applied to health information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the <strong>Carlos<\/strong> <strong>Slim Foundation<\/strong>, we are contributing to the transformation of health services in Mexico, with cutting-edge models and developments, based on Digital Health.
